Terms and Conditions

With your (advance) payment to Woldex SARL you confirm that you agree with the following conditions:

 

1. Reserve

1.1 Reservations can be made by telephone, via the internet or in writing. This reservation is only final after confirmation of receipt of 50% of the total rent within one week after the reservation

1.2 The remainder of the rent, the deposit and the cleaning fee must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date. When booking within these 4 weeks, the rent must be paid in full.

1.3 Money that has already been paid will not be reimbursed, the cancellation conditions will then remain in full force (see point 2).

1.4 In the event that the tenant does not, not fully or in time, meet the payment obligations, Woldex SARL reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement without refund of any previously made down payments by the tenant.

1.5 The penalty for late payment rate: 3 times the legal interest.

If you pay too late, we charge an additional 40 euros for administration costs

 

2 Cancellation conditions

2.1 Cancellations by the tenant must be notified in writing to Woldex SARL. Woldex SARL will send a cancellation confirmation upon receipt.

2.2 If the tenant cancels up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rent will be charged.

2.3 In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rent is due.

2.4 The tenant is advised to take out cancellation insurance himself.

3. Tenant liability and deposit

3.1 During a stay in the holiday home (s) of Woldex SARL, the tenant is fully liable for the rented holiday home (s), the furnishings and all items that belong to the rented property, and will be damage caused by the actions of the tenant and / or traveling companions, as well as visitors, immediately to be fully reimbursed by the tenant to the landlord.

3.2 The renter will report such damage before departure. Unreported, but later (within 3 working days) damage determined by the lessor, will be increased by 25 euro additional costs. Reimbursement will be made by bank within 5 working days after departure.

3.3 The tenant declares by accepting the tenancy agreement that he will pay compensation or repair the damage (and any additional costs) at the latest 2 weeks after the date of the account drawn up for this by the landlord.

 

 

4 Liability

 4.1 Woldex SARL cannot accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury, of any nature whatsoever, caused to or incurred by tenants, travel companions and / or visitors to the holiday homes.

 4.2 The tenant is advised to take out travel insurance himself.

5 Game rules

 5.1 The tenant will respect the general peace before 7 a.m. and after 11 p.m.

 5.2 The tenant will not pollute the site and deposit waste at the designated places.

 5.3 Upon termination of the lease, the tenant must leave the property tidy (to be seen in the house rules in the information folders on site). The landlord will still be obliged to do the final cleaning.

 5.4 Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.

 5.5 The number of persons that can be accommodated in the accommodation stated in the accommodation description is limitative. In consultation with the lessor it is possible to deviate from this.

 5.6 The tenant can move into the accommodation on the first day of renting at 4 pm and must leave it by 10 am at the latest on the last day.

 5.7 Pets are welcome for a fee of 1.50 euros per pet per day.

 5.8 The tourist tax, compensation for pets brought, electricity used and fireplace wood must be paid in cash at the end of the rental period before departure

 5.9 The beds are made upon arrival and included in the price. Kitchen linen is also included in the price. A towel package with a large and a small towel is available for € 7.50 per person.

 5.10 Consumption of water is included in the price. (normal consumption)

 5.11 Consumption of electricity is not included in the price will be charged according to consumption on the basis of the meter reading before departure.

 5.12 Tourist tax (€ 0.72 per person per night for persons aged 12 and over for a stay in the builings and € 0.22 per person per night for persons aged 12 years and over for a stay on the campsite and glamping lodges)

Domaine Bonneblond processes your personal data in their online reservation system Applicamp when you request a reservation or option for a stay in one of their accommodations. Applicamp has its own privacy policy, which you can read here.

 

The data entered in the reservation system is used in addition to placing a reservation / option for our accounting records. The accounting administration is sent to our accountant where your data is handled very carefully according to their privacy policy.

 

In addition, your data is kept for keeping legal records for the police, the so-called fiche de police.

 

This police token must be completed by everyone on arrival who does not have French nationality.

We keep this police file according to the legal rules (minimum of 6 months), after which they are destroyed. We only provide this information to third parties in order to comply with a legal obligation.
